Q: What kind of drawing formats do I need to provide?
A: 3D drawings with STEP or IGS will be better. Also together with 2d drawings showing all the tolerances you need us to control.
Q. What type of mould tool for my design?
A. We will design the mold structure and choose the mold material based on your item details, such as measures, quantities, surface effect requirement and so on.
Q: I’ve decided to go ahead with my project. How long will it take to finish the mold and get the samples for testing? Are the samples for free?
A. It will take 3-5 weeks to have the mold tool manufactured depending on the part’s complexity.
We will make some samples for you to check as soon as we finish the mold and then deliver the samples for you to check. Yes. The first samples will be free. Shipping cost for sample delivery would be undertaken by yourself.
Q. What can we do if we want some modification on the design after mold finish?
A: If it is a simple mold modification, we can modify it for you for free. But if we need to change some parts of the mold part, we will quote you the modification cost based on the fact situation.
