ABOUT FITMOLD
Fitmold supports overseas customers with injection mold making, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, mold component machining, sheet metal stamping, die casting, rubber molding-related projects, and production preparation. We help product teams, mold companies, industrial designers, and manufacturers turn drawings, samples, and early product ideas into practical manufacturing solutions.
WHO WE ARE
Fitmold is a custom manufacturing company focused on precision mold making, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, mold component machining, and related manufacturing support for plastic, metal, and rubber-related parts.
Our customers often come to us with drawings, samples, existing products, early-stage ideas, or production problems. We review each project from a manufacturing point of view and help identify the practical path forward.
Instead of only making a mold or producing a single part, we support the key decisions behind the project: manufacturability, tooling feasibility, material selection, production stability, quality control, and long-term manufacturing cooperation.
WHAT WE SUPPORT
From early design review to tooling, molding, machining, sheet metal stamping, die casting, rubber-related parts, assembly, and production preparation, Fitmold supports customers with practical manufacturing input at each project stage.
01
We review part structure, wall thickness, draft angle, undercuts, material behavior, tooling feasibility, and production risks before mold making starts.
02
We support mold design, mold machining, mold assembly, mold trial, sample inspection, and export mold preparation based on customer requirements.
03
After mold approval, we can support plastic part production, color confirmation, surface requirements, inspection, packing, and repeat production.
04
We support CNC machined parts, prototypes, inserts, fixtures, core and cavity inserts, sliders, lifters, replaceable inserts, and precision tooling components based on drawings and material requirements.
05
We can review sheet metal stamping parts, die casting parts, machined metal parts, inserts, brackets, housings, and related metal components when they are part of a complete manufacturing project.
06
For suitable projects, we can review rubber molding-related parts, secondary processing, simple assembly, component sourcing, packaging preparation, inspection, and shipment support.
ENGINEERING BEFORE TOOLING
Wall thickness, draft angle, undercuts, parting lines, gate position, material selection, surface finish, tolerance requirements, and assembly details can all affect mold cost, sample quality, production stability, and future maintenance.
That is why Fitmold pays attention to engineering review before tooling starts. We help customers check whether a design is suitable for molding, machining, assembly, finishing, and repeat production.
A mold should not only make the first samples look acceptable. It should also support stable production after approval.
WORKING WITH TEAMS
Fitmold works with product owners, engineering teams, industrial designers, mold companies, injection molders, and manufacturing buyers.
Some customers already have complete 3D files and drawings. Some only have samples, photos, hand sketches, or an existing product they want to improve. Some customers need prototype parts first, while others are preparing for mold making or production transfer.
We adapt our review based on the project stage. For early development, we focus on manufacturability and process options. For tooling projects, we focus on mold structure, material, cost, risk, and production feasibility. For production projects, we focus on quality stability, inspection, packaging, and repeat order support.
FROM TOOLING TO PRODUCTION
Fitmold supports more than the first mold trial. We help customers move from engineering review to mold making, sample approval, production preparation, and long-term manufacturing support. For production projects, we can support plastic injection molding, CNC machining, mold component machining, sheet metal stamping parts, die casting parts, rubber molding-related components, secondary processing, component coordination, assembly, packaging, inspection, and shipment arrangement.
01
We review drawings, samples, product structure, material requirements, tolerance notes, and manufacturing risks before tooling starts.
02
We support mold design, machining, assembly, mold trial, sample inspection, and tooling adjustments based on project requirements.
03
Customers review molded samples for appearance, dimensions, assembly, function, material, and other agreed quality requirements.
04
After approval, we can support injection molding, secondary processing, assembly, inspection, packaging, shipment, and repeat production.
